Q – My event has been cancelled and I no longer need all the soaps I ordered. Can I cancel?
A – I will gladly cancel any order before it has shipped. Your order can be cancelled within 48 hours from the payment date, should you change your mind. I recommend if you do need to cancel, this must be done in a written conversation or confirmed email. However, once an order has shipped, I do not have control of an item in the transit process.

NOTE: Exceptions are personalized soaps with pictures or special personalized labels, these items are not returnable. All personalized orders and items embedded inside Clean Fun Soap are NOT refundable or returnable.

Q – Can I return my soaps once I have received them?
A – If you wish to return your soaps, you will need to contact us immediately upon receiving your order, 48hrs from the Confirmation Delivery date from the USPS. I am more than happy to return your item for you, however, I do ask that you pay for shipping the item back to me. All returned soap must be received at our facility within five days of the date delivered by the USPS to your shipping address. When the package arrives timely and the Clean Fun Soap is not tampered with, destroyed, dented and free of misuse, then I will return your money to you via the way you paid for your Clean Fun Soap initially. If the Clean Fun Soap is misused, dented, destroyed or tampered with in any way, I reserve the right to take a percentage off the amount of money you are wanting returned. Returns may be subject to restocking fees. Please email for full details BEFORE sending your package to ensure proper processing.

Clean Fun Soap accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. All payments are accepted up front and must be paid in full before an order will begin to process. There are NO exceptions. We do have to charge a sales tax of 7% for our Indiana residents. Sorry about this Indiana.

Should you receive your order and you need to return it, please get in touch with me so we can work out the details. Normally, I am more than happy to return your item for you, however, I do ask that you pay for the shipping the item back to me within five business days of when you received it. Clean Fun Soap is handmade by me in my own kitchen, and I can normally have it sent out in 5-7 business days. Shipping times are an additional time frame. My soaps are popular and ay times are sold out temporarily, and I need time to make more soap for you or I am waiting on a toy supplier to ship their product to us. In this case, it may take 2-3 weeks to get you the Clean Fun Soap you need. Please, please, please,… place your large orders and custom orders early to ensure your Clean Fun Soap can be handmade in time for your event. If there is ever a concern about the time frame of when you need your Clean Fun Soap, please don’t hesitate to call or email me first.

Q – How will my package be shipped?
A – Orders are shipped via First Class Mail for orders less than 13 ounces, US Priority Mail Flat Rate for those orders over 13 ounces. Priority Mail offers 3-5 day service to most domestic destinations. I can also ship to Canada residents and other locations already set by the USPS.

Q – How long does it take for me to get my soaps?
A – It normally takes 3-5 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) for your order to work fully through our processing system. This is provided the soaps you ordered are already handmade and are ready to ship. If I need to make your soaps fresh for you, it will take 5-7 business days for your order to be completed. Shipping itself can take up to 5 additional business days depending on how far the order has to travel from our home in Indianapolis, Indiana. Expect your soaps in approximately 6-10 business days if the soaps are on hand and 10-12 business days for freshly made orders.

Q – Can I put a RUSH on my order?
A – I'm sorry but I do not offer rush service. My items are made when your order is placed I take great pride on the quality of soaps I provide. Sometimes soaps are sold out temporarily due to their popularity and I need time to hand make the soaps for you or I am waiting on a toy supplier to ship their product to me. In that case, it may take 2-3 weeks to get you the Clean Fun Soap you need. I do many wedding receptions, baby showers, and extremely large family/high school reunions/graduations so, if you are close to the date of the event, especially for a large order (less than 45 days), please contact me to see if the items can be handmade and shipped in time.

Q – Do you ship outside the United States, Alaska and Hawaii?
A – At the moment on Etsy, we do not. However, you are welcome to email us before ordering so I can consider the possibilities and look up accurate shipping quotes for your area! APO addresses are welcomed.

Q – When do you ship your orders?
A – I will ship your order during the weekdays when the USPS runs their routes, Monday through Friday. However, I do reserve the right to send out your order when the heat and humidity are at reasonable levels and/or when the temperature is above freezing. I like to keep your soap package moving so it is not sitting in an extremely hot or extremely cold warehouse/truck over the weekend.

Q – Can you send me a sample?
A – So sorry, we do not send out samples. However, we do send out a complimentary soap with every Clean Fun Soap order placed.
