Clear Cut Crafts is a small home based business, we care for our customer base and will work with you to make your order fit your requirements so please message if you need a custom order and will we endeavour to assist you. Our photos are clear and reflect the products as they are. Made from a clear transparency they are waterproof and fade resistant.

Returns and exchanges
We stand by our product and take every care to see that they are in great condition and posted to you in a secure and safe packaging. If your product is damaged due to manufactoring fault, we will accept responsibility and forward new products or refund.
In case of change of heart we cannot accept returns as we have sent them in good faith and our photos show product as is.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels in the care of Postal Service but please let us know if your products don't arrive and we will check from our end or watch for returns.
We keep it simple by offering one payment method
PAYPAL... do you need an account with paypal to pay that way? NO you can pay via bank account to Paypal which then forwards us a E-Check which can take up to 7 days to clear so please understand the delay. Credit card payments go through at time of purchase so order will be forwarded to us then.
We try and get our products out as fast as we can because being in Australia they can take up to 10 days to get overseas but I hope you will be suprised if they land at your door in less than a week which some have. Orders are shipped out within two working days of confirmation (custom orders may take a litle longer if in bulk).
On orders over $100 we suggest registering your parcel and can give you a quote on that after you finish shopping, we will send you a final invoice with adjusted figures.
