Glued on dragons fell off almost instantly after putting them on. Each one also looks different - one shiny the other very dull. Contacted seller to see about fixing or replacing and no response. So disappointed and non-existent customer service. :(

I bought these as a Christmas present. They were very cute, but upon my boyfriend wearing them for the first time yesterday to work, the scorpion fell off the base and was lost on the way to work. Upon further examination of the product, I was very sad to see that they were cheaply glued . Very upsetting.

I am not sure why the scorpion "just fell off." Cuff links can break as they are fragile by nature. If they are banged on or handled carelessly, they may break...that's just the nature of cuff links - not just mine, but ALL cuff links. I have contacted you to rectify the situation but have not received any response, which leads me to believe that this was a reckless/false rating. Please consider how you rate stores as they may cause a decrease in profits for the store owner.

As almost everything in my shop is fully customizable, please send me a message if you would like to change something or create something completely different from the listed items. I only list one item but I most likely have more in stock. So, please inform me if you need more than one.

Payment
Payment(s) must be made available to the seller within 48 hours of purchase. Failure to so provide will result in cancellation of the transaction and possible re-listing of the pertinent item(s).
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer (in which case, additional charges may apply).

Items are usually shipped within 3-4 business days of receipt of payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
To receive a refund, seller must RECEIVE the returned item within 1 week from the date customer received the item. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Refund(s) will be promptly issued upon receipt of the merchandise in the exact condition as when it was shipped to the customer.

Refund price will not include shipping charges incurred by the seller.
