Update: after posting my review, I heard from the seller and received the item a few days later. The item is as described and looks great by our pool. I have not received the item and the seller has not responded to several requests for an update.

Sturdy and well made. Love that the length of the poles allow quicker drying of the towels. Also the distance between the upper and lower poles means the towels don’t hang over each other. It looks great too! It is very stable. Very happy with this purchase, it was just what I wanted.

The towel rack is very well made and sturdy. I was not a big fan of the light on top and was so happy when I realized I did not have to use it. This is a very large piece, but we were able to trim the towel racks to fit our space. we are very pleased and love to support small business.

Looks neat as an accompaniment to our hot tub.
