Well made, light and airy

I ordered this item for Halloween / future events and wanted something that was higher quality than a quick buy on amazon. I am so impressed with the quality of this cloak, not only are the materials a good weight but they are also such higher quality, including stitching and details. Of note, my initial order did not arrive even though the updates said delivered. I contacted the seller who helped start a case with Etsy support and the item was completely refunded with no issues. In fact, the seller then helped me through ordering another cloak and had it shipped priority to get it to me in time! I was so impressed with the whole interaction with the seller, I cannot recommend her enough.
