About

Making custom made wall clocks since 2004.

Born in Jacksonville Florida, with a great imagination and a skill set of just making random things. I am a single father of a beautiful 7 year old little girl, and my only purpose in life is to give her all that I can; all the things that I missed out on as a child. I enjoy tinkering with things, creating things that most people wouldn't think of, helping others, and just enjoying life.

I started making clocks back in 2004, when I made my first one for myself. It was then that I thought to myself, "If others would enjoy having a custom made wall clock as much as I enjoyed the one I made for myself, then I could actually make something of this clock making thing." I then began making them for friends and family, and in 2006 I started Clocks Galore®, mainly on ebay.

I have sold over 1100 clocks on ebay over the last 7 years, and have always maintained 100% feedback. I don't play games with my customers. I give then what they deserve; great products and great customer service.

At Clocks Galore, we believe in designing unique products that exceed our clients expectations. Our ordering process is simple and worry-free. And, we'll work with you every step of the way until you have the finished product in hand.

Returns and exchanges
There is a 14 day warranty against any malfunctions on all the clocks we sell.
Buyer is to pay return shipping, BUT will be reimbursed once we receive the item.

If your clock is damaged during shipping (which can happen....those shipping guys are rough sometimes), simply send us a picture showing the damage done, and we will send you a new clock. You have 3 days after the clock has been confirmed DELIVERED, to file this type of claim.

Pictures can be sent to: clocksgalore [!at] gmail.com or in a private message though etsy.

DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to deny a claim if I think that a claim is false. We're here to sell handmade products, not screw people over. If we truly believe your item was damaged during shipping, we will absolutely send you a new clock. Just make sure you take pictures of the packaging (if it looks damaged) and of the product itself.

Shipping
***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING*** USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking info for international orders. If you need your order by a certain date or need tracking, upgraded shipping options are available at additional costs. Please contact us for details before placing your order. Please note there is no guaranteed timeframe for First Class International shipments, and is dependent upon your location.
***Also, please note*** customs may hold your item for any amount of time. We are not responsible for this or for how long they hold it. We always recommend checking with customs if your order has not arrived.
***Please note: we are not aware of, and can not be held accountable for what your country's customs and postal charges may be. Please research this prior to ordering if this may be an issue for you. We can only give you the pricing for mailing from the US to your destination.

***HOLIDAY SHIPPING*** If you would like to receive your order in time for the holidays, please contact us so we can provide you with estimated transit times. Expedited shipping is available for some destinations at additional costs.

Please double check your shipping addresses to make sure they are accurate. We cannot be responsible if the package is sent to a wrong address that is given to us through etsy and/or paypal. We will happily reship to the correct address but buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If item is not returned to sender there may be additional charges for the original item.


If you require faster shipping times or are outside of the USA, just let us know and we'll give you a quote for the shipping costs. We use recycled materials for packaging when available.


We try our hardest to get products shipped out on the same day that they are ordered. Normally (90% of the time), we succeed in doing this. Usually when an item is ordered later in the day (after 3pm), we won't have enough time to make it, package it, and get it to the post office before they close. We state that "all ordered are shipped within 7 days of payment", but it rarely ever takes me 7 days to ship something. As most businesses, I don't count the weekends.

Each order is shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. This method of shipping does include a shipping confirmation number, so that you can track your package's progress.
Additional policies and FAQs
"Change of Mind" Policy:

This policy is for those that get their clock and decide that they just don't like it and request a refund.

I will honor this type of request, BUT I can only refund your purchase price (less shipping). You will also be required to pay for the return shipping to me.

Also, there will be a 15% restocking fee for this type of request.
