It takes time to track down & report 100's of thieves across dozens of platforms, so watermarking saves me literal days of work each month.

It's illegal to use artists' work without our permission & art thieves threaten our livelihoods by exploiting art lovers & stealing sales that would otherwise support actual artists.

I don't I license any of my art for personal downloads. Reproduction quality is important to me, and I have no control over how often digital files are printed or what they're printed on. I've unfortunately had too much experience with online art theft to be comfortable sending hi res digital files to anyone other than my trusted production partners.

I don't offer my work as NFTs. Kudos to artists who've had success with it, but I have zero interest in unstable crypto currency.

No. I cannot accommodate custom colours, sizes, or any other adjustments for prints, cards, magnets, stickers or enamel pins. I'm a traditional watercolour artist, not a digital artist, and the pieces I've already created are intended to remain as is. I am happy to create an original commissioned piece if you'd like something a little different.

I do not offer letter-rate shipping. All of my items - from single postcards to original watercolours - are shipped in rigid or padded mailers designed to keep them flat & protected.

In my 15+ years of shipping experience, I've found that items sent in standard envelopes come with no tracking options & unfortunately run a higher risk of being lost or damaged in transit. It's important to me that every item reaches you as safely & securely as possible.

You can track your package at usps.com using the tracking # included with your order. Please understand the only info I have is what the tracking # shows; but if you haven't received your order within 3 weeks (US) or 2 months (int'l), let me know & I'll work with USPS to resolve the issue.
