ClothedinHope's Shop Policies
Thank you for shopping at Clothed in Hope! All proceeds from purchases will go to support widows in the Ng'Ombe slum in Lusaka, Zambia. When you purchase an item, you're providing hope for women across the world.
Payment must be made within 5 day of purchase. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. If payment has not been received within 5 days and no communication has been made to talk about an exception to this deadline, items will be re-listed and the transaction will be cancelled.
Items will be shipped within a week of receipt of payment via US Postal Service. You may choose to add insurance or delivery confirmation but will require a small fee to do so. You may request this through messaging me if you would like either of these additions to your shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope that you LOVE what you purchase from Clothed in Hope. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss the issue. If an exchange is desired, arrangements will be made and a new product will be shipped within 7 days. Item must be in perfect condition to be exchanged, and buyer must include payment for shipping in order to receive a new product.
