Payment
I prefer Paypal for purchases. If you'd like to pay by money order or check, or need longer than four days to pay, just convo me or email me and I'd be happy to discuss it with you. Items will not be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping
I ship using First Class Mail for packages. If the item is in stock, I ship within five to seven business days of payment (although I try to get orders out next business day). If the item is not in stock please allow 2-3 weeks for the order to be made and shipped. If you prefer a different shipping method or insurance, just contact me- I'm flexible!

For international packages, please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive from the date shipped. I will convo you when your package has shipped.

Please make sure to let me know what address to send your order to. If an address is not specified, or the address listed with Etsy does not match the Paypal address, I will ship to the address listed with Paypal.

Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance on your merchandise.

Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is for your to be 100% satisified with your purchase! If you're not happy in any way, contact me within 48 hours of receiving your package and I'll do my very best to correct any issues.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to return item. Custom items may be returned, however a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Returns/exchanges may be made within 14 days of original sale. The item must be received new, unworn, unwashed within 7 days. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

In the case of a return or exchange, the purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded via the original method of payment.
