Welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy your shopping experience. It is my goal to provide excellent quality items and great customer service. I want your REPEAT business!!! I'm not happy unless you're happy so please feel free to contact me with any questions, special requests, complaints or praises. I appreciate your business!
At this time I only accept Paypal payments. I prefer immediate payment but if you need to send payment through at a later date, please convo me or add a note in the message to seller box at checkout. I am more than willing to work with you on payment. All orders that are not paid for within three days of purchase will be cancelled and re-listed. Work on CUSTOM/MADE TO ORDER items will not begin until payment is received in FULL.
*Please be aware that payments made by E-Check payment through Paypal take up to four business days to process.
Your order will recieve prompt attention and NON-MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM ORDER items (items listed as "READY TO SHIP") will be shipped within 24-48 hours of payment (with the exception of weekends and holidays...which will ship the next business day). You will be notified via Paypal once your order has shipped and is on the way. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Enjoy your purchase(s)!
Delivery Confirmation is always included for U.S. shipping.
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of each item/order and will vary. I try to keep shipping as consistent as possible for each type of item. I do offer a discounted rate for more than one item purchased as listed in the item description/shipping.
*Please make sure your etsy shipping address matches your Paypal shipping address. In the event there are different addresses listed, I will convo you to verify which address you want your order shipped. No big deal, it just makes things a little smoother (& quicker) if I don't have to wait for a reply in order to ship!
*If you need your order in a hurry, feel free to contact me so we can figure out the best ship option.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis. If there is something wrong with your order, or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me so I may have the opportunity to resolve any issues and make you happy. I want you to be thrilled with your shopping experience!!!
