Returns and exchanges
Depending on the nature of your reasoning for an exchange I will definitely work with you. You are responsible for shipping the item back to me.

Packages usually ship ONE WEEK after an order is placed. I will always contact the customer in the event of a delay.
The only reason I would not be able to ship a package is due to extreme weather conditions. I do not drive & I don't want to expose my infant to any dangerous conditions.
I ship all items through USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL or PRIORITY MAIL with delivery confirmation.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.
Insurance is also available for an additional charge.
