Refund Policy
• Allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. This takes into consideration the transit time of the return package back to us. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 8-10 business days.
• We do not provide free return labels.
• Custom or personalized orders - Custom hand-stamped orders are final sales and cannot be returned/exchanged.
• After Wear: Once jewelry has been received and worn, we will not issue refunds or replacements if the jewelry becomes damaged, faded, or lost.
We cannot guarantee that the jewelry will remain in perfect condition after delivery, as each person wears it differently and we cannot control how it is used.

Shipping & Production Times
Most of our orders ship within 3 to 8 business days. If you have a specific date in mind for your item, please reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to make sure it arrives on time.
Shipping Method - STANDARD - Production Time 3-8 days - Shipping Time 3-5 days.
Delivery times depend on your location - Holiday seasons take longer.
If an order shows as delivered but the buyer has not received it, the buyer must contact USPS to locate the package. Once the package leaves our studio, we can no longer control it. Coco Wagner Design LLC is not responsible for packages lost in the mail and will not issue refunds for shipping charges under any circumstances.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty - A warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects. ( Spring clasp breaking and chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring, stamping errors, wrong size. ) Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge.
