Cocones story
Somos una pareja con experiencia en diseño y un amor por los objetos bellamente elaborados.
Trabajando en la industria del diseño, habíamos estado llevando nuestras computadoras portátiles, tabletas y teléfonos inteligentes con nosotros a todas partes, a través del granizo, la lluvia o el sol a clientes, estudios, reuniones, cafés, aviones e islas remotas.
A medida que confiábamos cada vez más en ser móviles, pronto nos dimos cuenta de que nuestros compañeros digitales eran dispositivos muy personales y merecían ropa exterior adecuada para todo lo que les estábamos pasando.
No había otra forma de evitarlo para nosotros, teníamos que hacer la nuestra.
Nació Cocones.
Una retroalimentación muy entusiasta de nuestros clientes nos convenció de que estábamos en el camino correcto y hemos estado construyendo constantemente la marca desde entonces.
Typist, nuestra colección actual, presenta materiales naturales: fieltro de lana Merino y cuero curtido con vegetales de la Toscana, Italia.
Las fundas están diseñadas para el nuevo MacBook 12", MacBook Pro Retina 13" y 15", MacBook Air 11" y 13", iPad, iPad mini, el iPhone y varios teléfonos inteligentes Android.
Nuestra colección también cuenta con carteras de pasaporte y tarjeta.
We are a couple with a background in design and a love of beautifully crafted objects.
Working in the design industry, we had been carrying our laptops, tablets and smartphones with us everywhere, through hail, rain or shine to clients, studios, meetings, cafés, airplanes, and remote islands.
As we relied more and more on being mobile, we soon realised that our digital companions were very personal devices and deserved proper outerwear for all we were putting them through.
There was no other way around it for us — we had to make our own.
Cocones was born.
A very enthusiastic feedback from our customers convinced us we were on the right track and we have been steadily building the brand since.
Typist, our current collection, features natural materials — Merino wool felt and vegetable-tanned leather from Tuscany, Italy.
The sleeves are tailored for the new MacBook 12", MacBook Pro Retina 13" and 15", MacBook Air 11" and 13", iPad, iPad mini, the iPhone and various Android smartphones.
Our collection also features Passport and Card Wallets.
