5 out of 5 starsThis shop is worth your time and money. The necklace and charm/pendant are absolutely perfect. I found out my 12.5 yr old cat had cancer about 10 days before we had to say goodbye to each other. KyUc took the (not great) pictures I still had and was able to enhance them in order to create the print. I'm not sure there are adequate words to describe how grateful I am and how much it means to have this small piece of my soul-kitty with me. They were so kind throughout the process and I am over the moon.

Our jewelry is made from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver, beautifully finished with a thick layer of 18K gold or rose gold plating — offering both elegance and sustainability.
To help your jewelry stay shining and beautiful for years to come:
•Avoid moisture: Remove before swimming, showering, or working out.
•Keep away from chemicals: Perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products can wear down the plating.
• Store safely: When not in use, keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place — ideally in a soft pouch or lined box.
• Last on, first off: Put your jewelry on last when getting ready, and take it off first when you’re done for the day to avoid scratches.
With a little care, your jewelry will stay just as special as the day you received it. ✨
STAINLESS STEEL & LEATHER KEYCHAIN
All leather bracelets are sealed and conditioned with a finish to protect them from moisture & water. Leather has pores so it cannot be fully waterproofed please remove your bracelet before swimming or bathing.
Keep leather out of direct heat/sunlight for prolonged periods of time so it doesn’t dry out, crack or fade unevenly.
Vegetable-tanned leather ages with time, just like everything else in nature. As leather ages, the finish may flatten out and marks may appear as the unique patina develops. This is the sign of well-loved leather taking on a character of its own.

Currently, KyUc Studio ships within the U.S. and Australia only.
Delivery options:
USPS Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (may take up to 7 days depending on USPS).
FedEx 2Day: Delivery within 2 business days after shipment.
FedEx Overnight: Delivery within 1 business day after shipment.
💡 For guaranteed delivery by a specific date (like birthdays or holidays), we highly recommend choosing FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight.
📝 Please note:
•Shipping costs belong to the shipping carrier, not the seller.
•We do our best to minimize production time, but shipping time is beyond our control.
📬 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once USPS or FedEx marks a package as DELIVERED, KyUc Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
However, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us — we’ll always do our best to help.
If your package is marked “undelivered”, contact us and we’ll assist you with next steps and communication with the shipping carrier.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

We totally understand that plans can change!
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 12 hours of purchase.
Once we receive your request, KyUc Studio will process your refund within 1–5 business days.
✨ Please note: Cancellations made after 12 hours cannot be fully accepted, as production may have already begun. If you still wish to cancel, a cancellation fee will apply to cover processing and material costs.
ORDER CHANGES
We’re happy to help with any changes to your order within 12 hours of purchase — just send us a quick message! 💛
After 12 hours, your order may already be in production. If changes are still needed, an additional fee (about 30% of the total) may apply to cover materials and remake time
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

All sales are final. Because each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds unless we’ve made an error on our end.
✨ Ready-to-Ship Orders:
Returns are accepted with a small handling fee. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
✨ Wrong Size:
If you ordered the wrong size, no worries! You can reorder or request a resize — just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the options.
✨ Warranty:
All KyUc Studio jewelry includes a 60-day warranty. If your piece has any manufacturing defects within this period, please reach out — we’ll be happy to send a replacement within 10–15 business days.

DETAILED SIZING GUIDE
✨ RING:
We make rings in standard U.S. sizes.
To find yours:
1. Visit www.ringsizes.co for the full size chart.
2. Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own using a digital ruler.
3. Match your measurement to the chart to find your U.S. ring size.
✨BRACELET
Cuff Bracelet:
Wrap a string loosely around your wrist (snug if preferred), mark where the ends meet, then measure.
• 6" (48x152mm)
• 6.5" (53x165mm)
• 7" (55x178mm)
• 7.5" (61x190mm)
• 8" (66x203mm)
Chain Bracelet:
Adjustable at half-inch increments (ex: 6–7" fits 6", 6.5", or 7").
Tip: Use a string to measure your wrist the same way as above.
✨NECKLACE
All necklaces are adjustable.
For example, a 16–18" chain can be worn at 16", 17", or 18" length.
