Cofanetto's Shop Policies
All pieces in this shop are crafted solely by me.
Each item is usually a part of a very small series. All the items are fully handmade, and the texture of every single item is always unique. Therefore slight differences might be found between different items from the same type. For each type a single photo session was made, therefore in some cases shipped item might have slight texture differences with the supplied photo.
If you are interested in different quantity of items than is stated in the bid, you can always contact me and I will be happy to help - if possible. If you didn't find the item you want in my shop, I will be happy to discuss a custom order.
I currently accept the PayPal as the only payment method.
If you have any problem with your payment, please contact me immediately to resolve it.
I attempt to ship the items next day, or even same day, but that is not always possible (due to holidays, weekends or other reasons).
PO are always closed in Israel on Saturdays and I tend not to mail on Fridays because it is a short working day and Friday shipment will not leave PO until the Sunday eve.
You can count on me that I will ship your order as soon as possible and will contact you with tracking number of the shipment.
Registered airmail is the default sending option (in case you interested in different option, please contact me). All the items are shipped from Israel, normally, it arrives in 7-21 business days after the shipment.
Please note, that USPS usually updates tracking position when the package arrives at the destination postal branch.
If your package did not arrive in 30 business days, please contact me, so we can resolve the issue (free of charge replacement item or full refund are the options).
Note, that you have to sign for the registered airmail, if the postman won't catch you at home, you will have to pick it up at the post office
I am shipping to the PayPal address if you didn't ask to send to another address. If you are interested in shipment to another postal address, please let me know with order.
Refunds and Exchanges
All the items in my shop are of good quality and the description is as accurate as it is possible for the unique handmade items. But nevertheless, sometimes it is just not that. If you have any problem with your item, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you.
You can return any product (undamaged, in original package) two weeks after receiving the package. We will negotiate to your convenience whether I should refund you with item cost, or replace the item. You will have to pay the returning shipment cost. If you choose this option, please contact me.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I don't include invoices on the regular basis. If you are interested in invoice/package slip, please let me know and I will print one for you.
