Frequently asked questions
What Will I Receive?
You will receive a zip file folder containing all of the files included in your specific purchase. No physical items will be mailed to you. Any watermarks shown in the product photos will be removed from the files you receive.
How Do I Access My Files?
- After purchasing, you will be taken to the Etsy download page. An email with the download link should also be sent to you.
- If you don't see an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
- Purchased downloads can also be accessed through your Etsy account by going to You > Purchases and Reviews.
- If on a mobile device, access to downloads is only available via Etsy.com, you cannot access downloads through the app at this time.
How Do I Unzip the Files?
- Open the zip folder.
- Right-click on the file you need.
- Select extract and choose the location where you want to save the file.
Terms of Use
- All files in my shop can be used for both personal and commercial use for finished PHYSICAL products.
- You may use these files as they are or modify them to create physical products for personal use or to sell. This can include mugs, tshirts, totebags, decorations, stationary, etc.
- You are NOT allowed to use any of these designs in your own digital downloads in any way. This includes redistributing or reselling them OR as part of a new or different design that will be sold in a digital format.
- You are NOT allowed to upload my designs or elements to any print-on-demand websites.
- NO third-party printing and product fulfillment is permitted.
