I love travel, I love art, and I love working with glass. After picking up my first glass cutter a few years back I have not been able to put it down. The glow of illuminating colored glass is something that always elevates my mood. Working as an artist/designer one can slave over the perfect pattern or design. Sometimes the greatest ones come without struggle, which is what happened in this case. My experience so far has been amazing. People have been drawn to them and the feedback has been so positive. Feeling the love that these pieces have brought to so many people.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Once I hand a package over to the postal service, it becomes their responsibility to deliver to you. If your package goes missing or the tracking on your order shows confirmed delivery, a Missing Package Claim must be filed *by the buyer* with their local post office in order to try and locate the package. This is not something I can facilitate, as you'll need to work directly with your local post office manager to resolve the issue. In the case of packages not marked "delivered": If within 30 days the package is not located after a missing package claim has been filed, I will then file an insurance claim with the USPS and send a replacement of the jewelry purchased.


PLEASE NOTE: I do not offer refunds on upgraded shipping charges that do not make it in time due to issues directly resulting in errors on the part of the USPS. I will only accept responsibility in this situation if it is in direct result from an error on my part.

My policy is to remake or fix your item if I have made a mistake with your order. We are all human, and if a mistake has been made on my part, I will make it right...or refund your payment.

For international shipping, if a customs charge occurs the buyer will be fully responsible for additional payments.

All packages ship via USPS. There may be delays during peak holiday seasons (i.e. Xmas and Mom's Day), or for weather related issues like storms. Please try and be patient and understanding if this is the case, as these are circumstances beyond my control.

The time that packages are held in customs are out of my control. Be sure to order early or choose Express Mail shipping if you need your order quickly. Please also be aware of your country's customs tax charges, if any. These are fees assessed directly by your country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion. All International customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered in your shipping costs. I am unable to help you avoid these fees or reimburse you for any of these charges.
