I bought the goods. When will you send it?

I will send the goods within 5 days.
This means that I can send it in a day or five days.
As soon as I send the goods - I will send you the track number.
In addition to packing goods, I have a lot of other work:
I make bouquets, sort flowers, order materials, take pictures, promote goods, answering your questions, creating new listings.
All the work you see is done by one person.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery from Ukraine to the United States takes 15-35 days by air.
To Europe - 15 - 35 days by air.
Canada - 25 - 40 days by air.
Australia - 25 - 40 days by air.
During COVID -19, it can take up to 50 days.
Keep this in mind if you plan to buy flowers on a specific date.

If the parcel is delayed at the border, I cannot influence
to work of the Postal service. I am also not responsible for its delay. I do not have that power.
If you are from the US, sign up on the US Postal Service website

for package updates by track number, which I will send you.
You will definitely not miss when the postman arrives.

You sent my order 15 days ago, and it hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Do not worry. The package is sent to you.
Check by track number where it is now on the website of the Postal Service of your country.
Wait.
The delivery deadline promised by the Postal Service is 30 days (for the USA) and 25 days (for Europe).
If after 30 days you have not received the parcel, write to me.
I will address this issue to the Postal Service.

I made an order, but changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

If you cancel the order before sending the goods - I will return the money to you deducting 13% of the total amount.
This is the percentage that I pay for each purchase. (Percentage of Pay Pal services and Services of another financial company).
You paid 40 dollars.
I will refund you - 34.8 dollars.

I forgot to pick up the parcel on time and the Postal Service sent it back. Do you return the money?

Unfortunately, I can not get you a refund.
The parcel that is returned is sent back by land and it takes about three months.
Often it is hidden at the border and the product is returned in an unusable form.
Please pick up the parcel on time.

If the goods came damaged?

When I send the goods, I share the responsibility for shipping with the buyer.

I have a small etsy shop from Ukraine and I can not take full responsibility for the delivery and I can not cover all financial risks.

I pack flowers very carefully and securely.

But very rarely the goods may be damaged. This depends on how the postal service employees and customs officers handled the package.

If the item arrives damaged - send me a photo. And I will refund your money for the goods, except for shipping costs.
