Processing Times

Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please refer to each product's details for return and exchange eligibility. Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for returns. All other products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date and be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of $5.00.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find the best possible solution. To help us better assist you, please send us a clear photo of the product in question. This will enable us to quickly understand the problem and work together to resolve it efficiently.

Changes to an Order
