Benvenuti a Color Basket Studio. È difficile credere che io abbia fatto cesti per oltre 30 anni. Ho iniziato con la realizzazione di cestini molto tradizionali. Poi ho progettato cesti che erano un po 'diversi da quelli che la maggior parte dei tessitori stavano facendo. Li ho portati a mostre d'arte e mi sono divertito molto a incontrare sia i clienti che altri artisti. Circa 12 anni fa ho iniziato a fare i cestini dai colori vivaci che trovi nel mio negozio. Colleziono piatti vintage fiesta ware e amo i colori vivaci. La gente li amava e lo ama ancora. Ora sono tornato ai cestini più tradizionali. Adoro i grandi cestini macchiati in noce scuro o grigio chiaro. Tutti i miei cestini mostrano 30 anni di abilità nella tessitura. Penso che migliorino man mano che invecchio. Welcome to Color Basket Studio. It is hard to believe I have been making baskets for over 30 years. I started with making very traditional baskets. Then I designed baskets that were a little different than what most weavers were making. I took them to art shows and have a lot of fun meeting both customers and other artists. About 12 years ago I started making the brightly colored baskets you find in my shop. I collect vintage fiesta ware dishes and love bright colors. People loved them and still do. Now I have gone back to the more traditional baskets. I love the large baskets stained in the dark walnut or light gray. All of my baskets show 30 years of weaving skill.
