How soon will my yarn get to me?
I ship daily during regular business days, Monday thru Friday. If you order by noon PST yarn usually ships same day.
My goal is to make sure your order arrives in a timely fashion. If you have concerns please convo me or email at purplesageyarns@gmail.com
USPS quoted arrival times are estimates only. I cannot guarantee arrival dates. Please take this into account when you have a time sensitive order.
For your convenience I offer Free Shipping on most US orders. Please make sure you use a street address for your delivery - I often use UPS that cannot deliver to post office boxes.

One.
Noro can vary wildly in appearance from skein to skein. I post multiple pictures of my yarn to show this variance. If you have any questions, send me a message via Etsy or email, purplesageyarns@gmail.com.
I've got a coupon from your website, can you honor it on Etsy?
Unfortunately no. Coupons for purplesageyarns.com are only good on my website - these promotions are to encourage you to shop on my site so using them on Etsy would defeat the purpose. Thanks for understanding.
Why do you keep nagging me to write a review?
