I'm very upset 'cause i wasn't used to leaving a bad review, but the item isn't as described. The gloves I've received are PURPLE, when they are supposed to be MARSALA (magenta). Of course I've read that the monitor can shift colors and that the final product isn't the carbon copy of what I see on the etsy page, but such a lot of difference is too much for me. I can't change the gloves 'cause i've bought them for a gift. The gloves are really beautiful handmade, so it's a pity.

They are very pretty and warm. Appear to be made of cotton, and are delicately attractive. My 94 year old mother tried them on and wanted to steal them from me. Plan to wear them to more formal settings, like symphony, where a touch of "class" is needed in addition to a bit of warmth.

If you are for whatever reason not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me immediately so we can work something out!:)
If this is not possible you can return the product within 14 days with full refund - shipping costs not included.
Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 1 month from posting date and tracking info approves that.
I will fill in the claim and while the claim is being proceed, I will resend the same item to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
