Hello! Welcome to my shop. For the moment I am only selling glass pendants and bead-worked jewelry, although I intend to eventually sell PMC silver pieces (enameled and not).

All my glass pendants are made with care from my home in Albuquerque. I will try my very best to respond to requests in a timely manner. I do hold a full-time position at a university, so please be understanding of time constraints. Expect two days for the completion of made-to-order items and up to one week for custom requests (sometimes I need to order materials I do not have readily on hand).

I pride myself on quality work and persistence while creating a piece. If it doesn't work out the first time, I try again until I get the very best. To me, this work is art.

I guarantee all my pieces for life. While I take every care possible to ensure strength and durability in my pieces and the safest shipment possible, accidents happen. Please take a look at the Additional Information section for more information on my lifetime guarantee.

Payment
The easiest and safest payment method for me -- and you! -- to use is PayPal. If you cannot pay via PayPal, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss other payment options (personal check, money order, etc.) as necessary.

You may cancel a purchase for full refund any time before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, I will accept a cancellation only if you haven't received your order (see Refund Policy for item(s) you have received and aren't satisfied with). In the case of an order that has shipped, I will only issue a refund for the item(s), not for shipping charges. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item(s) to me. Once I get the item(s) back, I will issue the refund.
Shipping
I will ship items the day after I receive payment (except Sundays). If, for some reason, I cannot ship an item the next day, I will let you know the same day I receive payment -- otherwise shipping is free.

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise indicated. This includes international orders. Domestic shipments arrive in 2-3 days, international shipments arrive in 6-10 days -- these are USPS's guidelines, not mine. Tracking number will be provided for domestic orders only. No insurance is added unless requested.

If you would like your item to ship via a different carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) or a different service (for example, Express Mail for speedier delivery), please send me a message and I'll be happy to discuss other shipping options.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will be happy to issue refunds (not including shipping charges) only for items that you are truly dissatisfied with (not including breakage during shipment) up to 30 days after the date of your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping charges to get the item back to me. Please take a look at the Additional Information section for information about exchanging items that break during shipment or while in use.
Additional policies and FAQs
All my items are guaranteed for life. If an item you have purchased breaks during shipment or while you are using it, please contact me so we can discuss the situation. I will try my best to either fix the item for you or issue a replacement. Replacements will be mailed out upon receipt of the broken item.
