This is a beautifully made scarf that arrived quickly and is just as described. I have worn it several times so far. One plus for me is that it actually is very lightweight and easy to wear in hot weather. I live in southwest Texas and like to wear scarves year-round, and this one works for me in the heat and humidity.

Hello and thanks for checking out our shop. We are a mother and daughter team who love creating, designing, crafting and making beautiful, functional, and one-of-a-kinf items and gifts. We think the only thing better than making things by hand, is making them in wonderful colors. So, here at the ColorWorks you will find gorgeous, handmade gifts, digital goods and other unique items in a variety of colors.

Payment
[PAYMENT}
All orders will be processed once payment has been received. We accept all forms of payment, but orders paid for using Direct Check Out tend to be processed faster.

[SALES TAX}
We are based in and ship out of Pennsylvania. So, items bought there also, will have to pay 6% sales tax.

{CANCELED ORDERS}
If you have to cancel your order after payment but before it has been shipped, you will receive your payment and shipping costs less $1.00 for processing fees. If you cancel a special request order, the fee will be $5.00. If you have any questions, just ask.
Shipping
{GENERAL INFO}
Orders placed and paid in full by 9:00 am EST (Monday thru Saturday), will be shipped out the same day. Sunday orders will ship Monday morning.
All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.

{ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME}
Some of our items require 'additional lead time', which means that they will not be shipped out the same day or the next day. Those items will be clearly marked as such, and will state in the description how many days it will take before your order is shipped out (after your payment has cleared).

{PACKAGING}
We package all the items we sell, the way we would want them to arrive in the mail, if we had ordered them. So have no fear, your item we arrive as beautiful as it was described. But if by some awful chance something would go amiss during delivery, please let us know ASAP. Depending on which carrier and shipping service that was used, your item may have been insured, and we will work with you to get it replaced, if need be.

{CARRIERS & SERVICES}
We use the United States Postal Service for all of our basic shipping. And 90% of orders arrive in 2-4 business days. If you need faster shipping, we also have various Shipping Upgrades you can purchase at the time you place your order.

{OUTSIDE THE U.S. AND CANADA}
If you live outside the United States or Cananda, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to get a shipping estimate. We will create a special listing for you will the exact shipping price included, once we know where you are and what you will be buying.

{DELAYS IN SHIPPING}
We strive to make every purchase at the ColorWorks a great one! It is possible (although we have not experienced this yet) that due to family situations, postal holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, that orders may be delayed by a day or two. If this should happen, you will be informed of the delay; and if you need to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
{GENERAL}
If you have to cancel your order after payment but before it has been shipped, you will receive your payment and shipping costs less $1.00 for processing fees.

{SPECIAL REQUEST ITEMS}
If you cancel a special request order that has not been shipped:
[BEFORE] production of your special item has begun, you will receive a full
refund, less $5.00 for processing fees (or total listing price price for the
item, whichever is greater).
[AFTER] production of your special item has begun, you will receive a full
refund, less $10.00 for processing fees (or total listing price price for the
item, whichever is greater).

We apologize, but we cannot issues refunds on special request items, once that item has been shipped. But, if you receive your item and it is not up to your standards, or it shows a defect in workmanship, please contact us ASAP. We want you to be 100% satisfied with any item your purchase from the ColorWorks, and will work with you to make it right.

{RETURNS}
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, and it was not a special order item, you may send it back for a refund within 180 days of date of purchase.
>You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
>You will receive a full refund, less $1.00 for processing fees, for items returned
with all original pieces included and undamaged.
>We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the USPS.
