The joy comes from taking a yard of colorful fabric and creating a sweet item of clothing. There is nearly always a moment in the middle when I doubt, but then comes the final pressing and delight. I sew for babies because it gives the most color for the effort.

I sew for babies remembering the pinching and straining seams from my childhood. I sew clothes that don't bind, or pull or pinch. I think about being a mom and trying to dress a wiggly baby, so I make things that go on and off as easily as possible. I remember the upkeep so I make clothes as easy care as possible. Ruffles wrinkle! I know the pinch of budget so I look for styling that wears for year or more. Reversible designs give twice the look for money. The attractive full lining is smooth on soft baby skin.

My comfy clothes are test worn by a variety of babies. Where moms find a problem, I correct the design. My slogan is Comfy tested, Mommy approved. I watch little ones as we try the clothes and where they tug or fuss, I change the design.
