I received fantastic help from Jennifer. I love tea but didn't know the first thing about creating my own. She broke everything down and explain to me what ingredient would work for the tea I was aiming to make. You can tell she loves what she's doing. I told her the tea type of tea my sister liked, and from there, we work out the taste. There was even a cocktail recipe that incorporated the tea I made. Overall I am super happy with my purchase.

Black tea was not what I expected in a good way! Flavor is exactly as described. She did a great job balancing the flavor. Definitely ordering again!

Jennifer really knows what she's doing! The white tea is amazing, and she even gave suggestions for desserts and tea cocktails that pair specifically with the tea I made. Her customer service was friendly and warm, prompt and professional. Will definitely order again!

Wow! Freshness of ingredients nearly knocked me over when I opened the gold foil resealable bag. Love the wide selection of ingredients. Thoughtful and professional customized notes that came with it make this item very "giftable." I really like this tea -- wish I could give it 10 stars!!!
