Founded and run by Rosie Glassey, a layout specialist with over 27 years of typesetting experience - including traditional stone lettering where precision is permanent - the studio brings structured, disciplined design to every project.

Based in the Isle of Man and working with community organisers throughout the UK, The Community Noticeboard provides complete, professionally prepared event print packs delivered within 48 hours.

This is not template-based design.

Each event pack is carefully typeset and professionally balanced, with readability and real-world printing in mind - whether you’re printing at home, using a local library service, or working with a community print shop.

Community events deserve to look organised, credible and thoughtfully presented.

You send the details. I handle the layout.

No. This is a professionally prepared design service.

I personally typeset and lay out your complete event print pack once your full details have been received. Finished print-ready PDF files are delivered within 48 hours (24 hours if Priority Production has been selected).

What information do you need from me?

Please provide:

• Event title
• Date & time
• Venue & address
• Admission details
• Contact information
• Any additional wording
• Logo file (if purchased)

Please double-check spelling before submitting.

Can you include our organisation’s logo?

Yes. Logo processing and placement is available as an optional add-on.

Logos must be supplied in the highest quality available. Screenshots and low-resolution images may limit optimisation results.

Returning clients using the same logo(s) only pay the placement fee.

What file formats will I receive?

You will receive high-quality, print-ready PDF files sized for:

• A4 poster
• A5 flyers
• A6 cards
• A5 black & white advert

Files are suitable for home printing, libraries, or local print shops.

Do you offer revisions?

Each order includes one round of minor text corrections if required.

Minor corrections include:

• Spelling errors
• Small wording adjustments
• Date or time amendments

Design changes, layout alterations, or significant content additions are not included and may incur an additional fee.

Please ensure all event details are checked carefully before submission.

Can you create materials for other types of events?

Yes. New event listings are added regularly.

If you cannot find your event type in the shop, please use the “Request Custom Order” button and I will let you know if I can help.
