Will you send a proof?
Yes, if you order a personalized item! Proofing is an important part of the process. To ensure the fastest turnaround, please keep an eye on your Etsy messages and email. I’ll send a PDF proof to the email address on file with Etsy and a notification through Etsy messages when it’s ready for review.
What will my personalized order look like and can I see a proof before purchase?
Your personalized item will look like the one shown in the listing photos, but with your details to make it unique to you. After purchase, I will send a PDF proof for your review before starting production.
What happens if I don’t respond to the proof for my personalized item?
If I don’t hear back within a few business days, I’ll send a reminder. If there is still no response, your order may be delayed or cancelled at my discretion.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Can I change the shipping address after purchase?
If you need to change your shipping address, or shipping method, please place a new order with the correct address before approving your proof, and I’ll cancel the original order. Once the proof is approved, address changes are no longer possible.
