Do you ship to all countries?
From June 2020 onwards, we will only be shipping to United States and Malaysia. We're sorry for not being to cater to other countries due to the rising costs in shipping.
How do I personalized the content on the items? Can I use my own image/ logo?
You can provide the content you want on the personalization column provided.
If you wish to use your own image/ logo, kindly email the artwork (black and white format) high resolution JPG or PNG, ideally in AI, EPS, PDF or PSD to email@example.com after your purchase.
Do I get to see a digital proof for personalized items?
You will receive a digital proof within 24 hours upon purchase. Your approval is required before we proceed to stamp production. However, if we do not hear from you after the 2nd shipment deadline, we will cancel the order minus US$1.00 for the proof.
Digital proofs are US$1.00 without the purchase of a stamp so if for any reason you decide not to move forward with the stamp after a proof has been sent you will receive a refund minus the US$1.00 for the proof.
How do I download the digital item(s) I purchased?
Go to You (top right corner of Etsy page), proceed to Purchases and Reviews. You will find all the digital files that you purchased. Simply click Download Files.
Please note that you can only download the files on desktops and laptops, not through tablets or smartphones.
There are no limits for the number of times you can download the digital files unless the transaction has been cancelled or removed.
Why do I need to provide my phone number for shipping?
Our post office and shipping companies require your phone number to be on the package/ airway bill as it is the quickest way to reach you if they cannot find your location. If you don't provide your number, we will use our number instead which will be useless as we won't be able to advise them on how to find the destination. If your package is undelivered/ unclaimed within 2 weeks of attempted delivery, it will be returned to us and you will need to bear the cost of re-shipping. Insurance and claim will not be made available to shipment that lacks complete contact details.
Why haven't I receive my items?
I encourage you to send me a conversation or email me with this question if you haven't received your items within 2 weeks time. Since I ship the items through air freight, anything over 2 weeks is considered unusually late.
Shipment delay, lost item, etc can be a nightmare for both parties but I ask for your patience and understanding while I help you sort it out.
There are also cases where the packages are sitting at the post office not delivered or waiting to be picked up. You may call USPS (United States): 1-800-275-8777 and provide the tracking number to locate your package.
