Bought as a gift for my husband to replace an old one he had. It is well made. Arrive on time.

This journal is beautiful. I like how the wood piece isn't the actual button, there is a separate snapping button so I won't have to worry about the wood piece coming off over time. The leather feels like great quality and the pages are very antique looking adding to the whole look of the journal. Fast shipping and good packaging. Love it!

About

Leather journals, bags, and vessels

A writer at heart, Talia finds her peace in creating keepsake leather journals and vintage book boxes. While 'the book' seems to be going out of style with the popularity of the e-book on the rise, Talia has helped to continue the idea of the book as a piece of art in both her leather journals and book boxes.

A mother of three, one of four organizers of the popular Bloomington Handmade Market, and the designer and artist behind Conduit Press, Talia takes the art of book very seriously and spends hours each day contemplating the idea of book.

KEEPSAKE LEATHER JOURNALS
Every special moment in life deserves to be documented in a beautiful book-- leather journals from Conduit Press are just that. Crafted from reclaimed leather and embellished with found and important objects to make them truly one of a kind, these leather journals are amazing gifts for yourself or your Loved ones.

Payment
Currently accepting PayPal and Direct Checkout via Etsy.

Please pay as soon as you commit to the purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours I'll send you a friendly reminder. If payment is not received after 3 days the item will be re-listed and the transaction will be canceled.
Shipping
I do my best to ship 2-3 days after payment is received. That being said, I also try to ship once a week to keep the cost of gas and transportation to a minimum. Rest assured, I will get your package out ASAP:)

I try to ship the fastest and cheapest way which is usually priority mail or first class. The majority of my books ship via Priority Mail because that's faster for you and easier for me. Priority Mail in the US ships in 2-3 days.

For international shipping any book that will fit into a Priority Envelope will also ship via Priority Mail International (10-15 days according to USPS). If a purchase does not fit in said envelope a quote will have to be acquired for shipping. If you prefer a different way of shipping, just send me a convo and we'll work something out.

Shipping is a third party service, and once I place it in the delivery service's hands I have no power over timely delivery, loss or damage I'm afraid. Insurance may be purchased. International orders cannot be tracked once they have left the United States, but all US orders come with a tracking number.
Refunds and Exchanges
I Love all books, including the ones I make of course, and I sure hope you do as well. However, if you receive your book and are unhappy for any reason I will offer you a refund for the price of the book itself if you send the book back to me (your cost) in the exact condition you received it in a timely manner. Refunds will not be considered for orders over one month old.

Please convo me if you are unhappy with the product.

Of course, we also all Love to receive convos about how much you Love your books too!

In most cases custom orders cannot be refunded due to the nature of the book, but that will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Additional policies and FAQs
I accept custom orders with a wink and smile! Just convo with me with your idea for the book with as much detail as you can muster: hard or soft cover, cover material/color, page count, page type, theme, etc. Most custom orders will take at least four to six weeks to process, but a rush fee can be applied if you need it sooner.
