The majority of my balloons are from the brand Qualatex. They suggest that the 11" latex balloons will generally last about 12-20 hours when inflated with helium depending upon atmospheric conditions. I typically recommend that my clients inflate their balloons as close to their event start time as possible or no more than 2-3 hours beforehand to get the most out of their balloons.

I personally inspect each balloon I receive from the manufacturer by hand before I package it up to be shipped out to you. I only use the highest quality balloons that are professional grade and made right here in the USA. Not all defects can be seen until a balloon is inflated, but I do include an extra balloon with each set as a backup for you just in case anything should happen. Layered balloons are essentially two balloons in one. This double-stuffing technique created by Qualatex allows an unlimited number of custom & unique colors to be created. Layered balloons will already come pre-stuffed & ready to inflate. Just inflate the balloons using the inside balloon tail (the outer layer balloon will inflate naturally as the inner layer is inflated). To secure the air or helium inside the balloon, only the inside tail needs to be tied. Secure ribbon around both tails & your done! If you want the balloons to float, it is recommended that you use professional grade helium & fill to the full 11" size for best results, although cannot be guaranteed due to other potential circumstances such as weather & improper handling

All orders are processed within 1-3 days of being received unless otherwise stated within the listing, your receipt or private convo. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me BEFORE you place your order. Orders will be shipped out via the method you select and to the address you provide at checkout. Packages are picked up almost daily by USPS from my in-home studio. I can not change the shipping method or destination once it leaves my hands.

Latex balloons do look different when they are inflated compared to when they are deflated (for example: ivory looks yellow, dark green or blue looks black, etc). The balloons ship flat, therefore their colors are more saturated until they are filled with air or helium and the latex stretches out. For domestic shipping, USPS offers three options:
1. First Class Shipping - estimated at 3-7 days for delivery
2. Priority Shipping- estimated at 2-3 days for delivery
3. Priority Express- estimated at 1-2 days for delivery (ONLY guaranteed option provided by USPS).

International shipping has similar options, but timeframes are longer. Please convo me with any questions regarding shipping options or to get a price quote.

I try to get all orders shipped out in a timely manner, however once they leave my hands, I cannot control where they go or how long they take to get to you. Only USPS can guarantee shipping based on which method you select. USPS can be contacted directly with any delivery concerns.
