2 out of 5 starsI received this glass item packed poorly, only wrapped with paper. One of the branches on the base at the opening was broken off and piece found in bottom of box. I am very disappointed. For the price of this I expected better. Now I am stuck with an expensive piece of broken glass :(

I replied to this inquiry immediately with several options to resolve this issue. The item was insured because, unfortunately, glass does sometimes break. I have no control over the package once it leaves my possession. I'm always happy to work with customers and certainly do not expect anyone to keep an "expensive piece of broken glass".
