This person obviously does not know how to pack glass for shipping. One piece of bubble wrap around the piece twice, then placed loose in the box with no padding, no packing or cushioning. The item was just clunking around inside the box when I received it. As a result, it arrived with a crack at the base of the handle. Considering the shipping already paid, the return shipping & the 10 mile drive to the post office, it's not worth returning.

Shipped quickly, arrived with a lovely note, and is twice as lovely as I hoped it would be! Thank you for such an incredible find! I treasure it already, and always will.
