We noticed that having to stop repeatedly and answer questions that sometimes you the customer already know the answer to. All Completion times are chosen before checkout by you the customer, so please pay attention and choose your time wisely before checking out. And if your controller is not up for completion yet , please be patient! kindly wait at least 1 business day after the time you chose to contact us and we will send tracking info via Etsy. Our controllers are hand-made, one-by-one, using a variety of equipment and techniques to design your creation. For instance, if we build you a certain controller and later down the road, you order the exact same controller again, there will most likely be differences in art positioning, color shades, etc... but the performance will be 100% the same.
And please be aware that in some cases, bad weather (rain, snow, humidity, etc...) can affect our work environment and prolong an order, please be patient with us during this difficult time trust and believe we taking the extra time to make you a awesome masterpiece that will last for years! 4 out of 5 starsIt’s beautiful! The only thing that I saw different was the buttons. On the picture displayed, they made the buttons actually dragon balls. That was the thing I was looking forward to seeing the most, but the buttons just came with stickers of dragon balls on them so I was pretty disappointed with that. I really was hoping to see the buttons be actual dragon balls.
Other than that, the customer service was great. I asked questions before & after I purchased my item. They responded very fast and respectfully each time. When I asked a couple of questions before buying, they ended up sending me a coupon code for a little off the price which I was very appreciative of! I I ordered this for my boyfriend, but despite my disappointment with the buttons, I’ll probably be buying another one for myself. Thank you all for the controller! -

4 out of 5 starsThe product itself is great! Artwork is incredible and my husband was very pleased. The 4 stars is for shipping. I ordered on Dec 13th and paid for the “10 business day” option. Didn’t receive my product until January 24th. That’s 30 business days. I just wish I wouldn’t have wasted my money for the “quicker” option.... I understand the holidays get hectic but I just wish they would’ve informed me of the delay instead of me having to reach out multiple times wondering when it was going to ship.

Also, please be aware that in some cases, bad weather (rain, snow, humidity, etc...) can affect our work environment and prolong an order. If you ordered Rush Processing and we are not able to satisfy that demand, due to elements beyond our control, we will refund that purchase price.

Payment
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Once made-to-order/personalized items have been started in their process-making, we cannot stop. The only refund that can be given at that time, is the shipping cost since the material will no longer be available for use/sale.
If you need to change your order in any way, please contact us IMMEDIATELY after purchase and we'll do our best to meet your request. It is only possible to make changes if we have not started the process on your made-to-order/personalized item.
Shipping
During the Holiday Season, our ship times may increase due to higher sales volume. We ask that if you need your item(s) by a specific date, to please choose the appropriate Processing Time, from the dropdown option, on the product page.
PROCESSING TIMES:

Most orders take 50 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before shipping. Once your order is shipped, your delivery date will depend on the shipping method, which is unrelated to the processing time. We also offer a variety of Processing Time options, if you would like to potentially receive your order, quicker. Please be aware that these processing times are not guaranteed and that any "paid extra" processing time option will be refunded if we're not able to met it.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We use USPS Priority to get your order to you as fast as possible. Tracking is included with ALL applicable items shipped. This is for both you and our protection. We update Tracking Numbers daily so you can track your item(s) through its process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

NO International shipping at this time. Exceptions may be made depending on location. See below, in case international shipping is accepted.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. Tracking numbers are provided when available. Due to customs, international packages can take up to 30 days to arrive. If you have not received your order 30 days after the ship date reflected on Etsy, please contact us. Most of our listings offer expedited shipping on International orders, please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping and do not see the option as you are placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave the United States, but we will happily assist you in filing an International claim with the United States Postal Service. More information on International claims can be found here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS --
Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our item pricing or shipping costs. For your convenience, we have provided below, the value thresholds on import duties for the countries to which we most frequently ship. EUROPEAN UNION DIRECTIVE ON CONSUMER RIGHTS --
European Union customers: In accordance with the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights, you have 14 days from the date which you receive your order to return the merchandise for any reason. This policy only applies to non-personalized greeting cards and stationery supplies. Custom and personalized goods are exempt from this policy. Please contact us for a withdrawal form if you wish to make a return. You are responsible to pay return shipping. Your order will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your returned merchandise. Please note, your 14 day return period starts on the date which the United States Postal service website shows your package as being delivered.
LOST PACKAGES:

Although we include tracking on applicable packages, it only protects against lost and/or damaged packages valued up to $50. Therefore, we recommend that our buyers purchase extra insurance, especially for large or expensive orders. Please contact us prior to purchase, if you would like insurance added to your order.

As of current, we ship USPS First-Class, 2-3Day Priority and 2-Day Guaranteed Priority. Once your order is shipped, your delivery date will depend on the shipping method, which in our experience takes up to 3 days, depending on your location. Shipping times may take longer during the Holidays.
INSURANCE:

Orders over $100 automatically include FULL insurance for lost/damaged items, for the cost of the purchased item(s).
Orders under $100: If your item(s) is under $100 and is non-breakable and you still want insurance to protect against Loss, contact us prior to purchasing an item.

Contact us for insurance claims, where applicable.
If you receive your package and it is badly damaged on the outside, take pictures. If you notice that the item is damaged/broken, upon opening the package, take "at least" two (2) pictures from different angles and send them to us. We need this to submit a claim. We will start a claim form for you then send you an affidavit to your email registered with Etsy that you MUST fill out and submit.

We are always open to custom orders. We love creating special, one-of-a-kind items for gaming events, tournaments, parties and other special events. If you see something on our site and would like to explore other options (i.e. if you see a style you want on one item but would like that style on another instead) feel free to convo us or request a custom order. If there is something you'd like but don't see it on our site, let us know and we'll see if we can create something that meets your specifications.
If you would like a custom order for a special event, we will work with you on all aspects of your order. We understand how important things can be for a special event and we will work with you to establish a timeline which will include time needed to approve proofs. We can also discuss options for shipping methods as well as pricing and payment.
