Accepted payment methods

Payment
Direct checkout via debit/credit card, as well as PayPal, are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Even if we are in conversation about your event, your order is not guaranteed until payment is made.
Shipping
I use USPS Priority Mail for all orders unless you request UPS (this option is more expensive). Priority Mail takes 2-3 days in most cases. Most orders for Saturday and Sunday events will ship Monday or Tuesday the week of your event. USPS is now providing $50 of insurance for all shipments. Additional insurance can be purchased if you see fit. Broken cookies, though a rare occurrence, can be refunded via the USPS insurance program. I am not responsible for USPS error. No refunds will be given for packages that are not delivered on time via any carrier service (UPS, USPS, FedEx). However, your funding source will likely be able to help you recoup your loss.
Refunds and Exchanges
I can accommodate most cancellations if you give me 14 days notice. You will receive a full refund of your purchase price. If you need to cancel less than 14 days prior to your event, you will receive a store credit in the amount of your order.
