Currently, our lead time prior to shipping is about 1-3 business days. We working as hard as we can to expand our operations and make this better. Orders will arrive roughly 3-6 days after that with standard shipping and 2-3 days with priority.

Our cutter sizes are approximate (though usually do not vary by much outside of the stated size), and are determined by the larger of the width or height, so a 3” cutter will be either 3” wide OR tall with the other dimensions appropriately scaled as shown in the listing image, height (cutting depth) is 0.7” regardless of size selected. This includes the outer stiffening edge.

Cookie cutters are not dishwasher safe, but can be washed in warm water (less than 130 degrees F). They should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Color of the cutters themselves will usually vary from the color in the image shown based on what colors we have available to us at the time; if you need a specific color please contact us directly prior to purchase and we are happy to help in any way we can.

Using Etsy's internal messaging system is greatly preferred and we do our best to respond to messages as promptly as possible. We receive hundreds and hundreds of notifications (sales, shipments, alerts, etc.) to our email each day which clogs up our system and makes it easy to miss email messages sent directly to our email as we do not check it all that often.
