The cookies are made to order. We bake and decorate the cookies 1-2 days before we ship them out with 2 day priority.
Cookies shelf life is 3-4 weeks, during this period you do not need to refrigerate or freeze them. Room temperature is fine.
The cookies are heat sealed and wrapped up in lots of bubble wrap to ensure safe travel. We are not responsible for cookies broken in transit, or bags opening in transport.
We do not offer cancellations (once we start the order) or refunds. This item is customized for you. We cannot resell this item, as it is personalized and a perishable item.

Cookie Flavors
Our flavor is a sugar cookie with a faint taste of Lemon.
Care instructions
Shipped cookies will arrive individually wrapped and packaged in bubble wrap. Carefully remove the bubble wrap, making sure not to cut through the cellophane bag underneath. Keep cookies in the cellophane bag in a cool and dry place until they are ready to be served. Cookies may be served in their individual baggies or removed from their baggies and placed on a platter of your choice. Either way they will be delicious!

Sizing details
Cookie sizes vary depending on design, but are typically 3"-4".
Rush Orders
If you find yourself with a cookie emergency, message me with the date you need your shipment before placing your order to determine the availability of a rush order. There will be a 25% rush fee added to the cost of the cookies (excludes shipping).
Our standard method of shipping is USPS Priority 1-3 day. USPS Priority 2-Day Express shipping may be purchased for an addition fee. USPS Priority Express shipping is the only guaranteed method of shipping offered through USPS. FedEX overnight shipping is also available. Message me with your address for a quote before purchasing.
Shelf Life
Cookies stay fresh for approximately 3-4 weeks when kept in their original heat sealed baggies, you can also freeze cookies for up to 3 months.
