Welcome to CookieBoxStore. We carry boxes and supplies that you'll need for home baking or bakery stores. As a home baker myself, I always look for cute, fancy,and fun packaging supplies. Add a ribbon or stickers to a kraft box will make plain box into totally different looks. It will make my goodies like a fancy store bought. Also boxes and supplies that we carry is not only for bakery. You can use it as thank you gift,homemade candle boxes,party supplies and more.
We update our items often as possible so be sure to check out us frequently not to miss out good items and special offers.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
If you don't like item that you received, simply return it in original condition(undamaged, unopened, unused, unfolded, not wrinkled and quantity of original set).

You MUST notify us first within 3days after receiving items. We will give you return code. Put your return code on the receipt that we sent you and ship it back to us within 14days after getting return code.
Customers must pay for returning. We do not refund your return shipping cost and original shipping cost. We only refund for actual items.

We do not accept following items for return or/and refund
1. Damaged due to opening the box
2. Damaged when you assembling the boxes
3. Any stains or wet
4. Less quantity than actual set quantity. (Must be in full pack)
5. Never contacted us before returning
6. Custom orders
7. After 14 days receiving return code
8. Sale items
9. Items damaged because it was sent back in poor packaging condition
Must pack nicely to protect the items.

Please DOUBLE CHECK the SIZE and QUANTITY before check out.
If you have any question, please feel free to contact us at any time.

For digital downloads, due to nature of a item, we do not refund in any cases.
If there's problem with the download, please contact us. We will do our best to figure out how to solve your issue.

We inspect your item multiple times before shipping. We make good effort to make sure you get undamaged and correct items however in rare case, items could be damaged in the transfer. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility so ask your local postal service for a claim. If you want to get an insurance for your package, please upgrade your shipping with EMS.

Once the package leaves our facility, you can not change address. It's really beyond something we can do. So please make sure to put the current and correct address. We do not refund your money if that happens.
