Shipping
During the hot season (in Arizona that means pretty much 10 months/year!), the chocolate candy figurines will have to be shipped overnight into a control temperature packaging.
Additional policies and FAQs
Order: Fondant figurines need to dry up a little bit before shipping so I would suggest ordering not less than 3 weeks before the event, the earlier the better in case I am booked up during that time. Pick up orders can be placed as close as 1 week to the event.
Storage for Fondant: figurines can be stored in an airtight container. Do not refrigerate or freeze as the condensation that occurs will begin to break down the sugar. Sunlight and florescent lighting will alter their colors.
Storage for Chocolate Candy: figurines are very sensitive to the heat can be stored in an airtight container, preferably inside the refrigerator
Storage for Gummies: figurines are very sensitive to the heat can be stored in plastic wrap or tight sealed bags. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Sunlight and florescent lighting will alter their colors.
If stored properly they will last for weeks. Fondant and gummies will get harder with time.
