The order was created exactly to my specifications and I’m very pleased with the quality of the items. I got four beach bags embroidered with different names on different colored bags. I had two different font styles and everything was done exactly as ordered. The shipping was quick, especially given that this was a custom order. I did not need to have any seller interaction or customer service intervention. He was super easy to navigate the ordering dropdown menus online, and everything was smooth from start to finish.
