4 out of 5 starsDisappointed that what I received was not the same as what is pictured. Not just color, but stitching, hardware & drawstring were all different. I *really* like the bag in the image, but it's apparently hard to update Etsy product pictures (and, presumably, descriptions), and the backpacks have changed over the years.
That said, it's a high-quality bag: design, materials & workmanship are good; made to last with a nice inside lining (which is hard to find). Undoubtedly it will age well.
After some post-delivery back-&-forth, was able to come to an agreement with the shop owner.
Recommendation: Check with the store before ordering to make sure you're getting what you want. It is, after all, a nice bag. -

5 out of 5 starsLove this rucksack which is the perfect size for air travel. Fits my surface laptop and all the items needed for carry on purposes. The 2 zipper compartments are great for valuables.
Cooleather also provides excellent customer service. Canadian mail was on strike so they shipped the bag by UPS at no additional costs.
This is a truly unique handmade quality product that will last forever.

I had an issue with the clasp and the store was 100% helpful and accommodating until I was totally happy. I would confidently order from them again and recommend them to anyone! Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Any item may returned within two weeks of the purchase date if it is in the exact condition as it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, a full refund will be given for merchandise only.

All items are shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. When shipping to North America (USA and Canada) I use UPS, but when shipping internationally I use CanadaPost.
