I love my Glitch butler! He turned out perfect, right down to the velcro arm :). I received the sketch too, which I will save. Wonderful work! I can't figure out how to put a picture of it up here :(.

A perfect re-creation of my Glitch butler, and Monica went above and beyond with her help when my shipment got lost- I can't recommend her enough!

A wide variety of hand crafted goodness!

I've had people tell me for a long time that I should sell things that I make. It wasn't until I started needle felting that I decided to go ahead and try. I love needle felting, but I didn't see a need to keep everything I made, and I knew there was no way I could afford to just keep buying supplies for it. My mom has always told me that there are ways "to make the craft pay for itself." I took that to heart and tried to make needle felting pay for itself. I'm happy to say it has worked out quite well! I was never looking to sell hundreds upon hundreds of items, just have fun and make what I want (or sometimes what others want- I do enjoy custom orders).

My mom paints, sews, and sculpts; my dad does woodworking. Growing up with a wide variety of creativity, I've always been interested in learning new crafts. My friends joke that I have nothing left to learn, but I do, and look forward to the next!

Tony is my fiance, and is always in support of my new ideas and ventures. I've had lots of people tell me I should sell my work, but it wasn't until he said he thought it was a good idea that I went ahead with it.

Our ferrets really make my day. No matter how I'm feeling they make me smile or laugh. It seems like when I'm really stuck and need a break, they are there looking to me for attention. They know just when I need them. <3

Welcome to my shop!
I hope that you enjoy looking and maybe even find something that you like :)

Everything is produced in a smoke free home, but we are not pet free here. However, I am always careful about not allowing the furry ones to play, touch, or come in contact with my items to minimize any issues.

Any questions be sure to convo me here on Etsy, or send me an email.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Refunds accepted within a week of receiving the product.
If there is a problem please be sure to contact me right away to let me know that I will be expecting a return and why you are returning it. I will always do my best to resolve any problems as soon as possible.

If the return is just because you have decided you don't want/like the item, I ask that you pay return shipping.

All exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. As with a return, be sure to contact me within a week of receiving the item. Buyer will pay for return shipping and I will pay for the new item to ship back to them.

Please keep in mind with returns that Paypal has a deadline on refunds, so for me to issue a refund it must be within their time line.
I accept PayPal.
Please be sure to pay promptly, as I will not be shipping the item unless it is properly paid for.

If a problem rises and you need to cancel be sure to contact me immediately.

If the items are going to be a gift and you would like gift wrapping, let me know. Most basic gift wrapping I don't charge extra for (especially during the holidays when I already have wrapping paper out anyways), but if you want something a little extra special I can do something custom and we can work out a price.
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible, I try to ship out the next day or the next day the post office is open. If something happens and I can't get your order out right away I will be sure to let you know.

Usually I always use the USPS for shipping, and I typically pick the standard delivery. Most times it takes less than 5 days to arrive. If you would prefer some other method (UPS, FedEx, etc) just let me know and I'll see what I can do (there will be a change in the shipping charges though, so you need to tell me *before* you purchase or I cannot adjust the charges accordingly). If I do ship USPS, I try to get delivery confirmation and will send you an email with the tracking information. It typically only costs 80 cents for delivery confirmation and I have that already included in the shipping costs. If you don't want it, let me know and I will refund accordingly.

I am shipping most of my items in plastic mailer envelopes. If you would prefer your items to be shipped in a box, bubble envelope, or some other way, just let me know. Be aware that I may have to change the shipping prices depending on what you pick.

For international shipping, I have it set up for a general rate for everywhere outside the US. If it seems like the price is too high for shipping, keep in mind that this price is set to cover shipping to anywhere and, as always, I will refund any over charges after I ship your item.

If you are local and would rather set up a pick up instead of shipping, let me know and we will discuss the details. Just be sure to double check my location, as we have moved a few times in the last few years.

If the item is a gift please be sure to send me a note about it. I'd be happy to gift wrap it and include a note for you!
Additional policies and FAQs
If you are the trading type and see something you like and think I may be interested in something of yours let me know! I'm totally open to trading :)

I am taking custom orders, but please remember that I am only one person making these items, and everything is 100% by hand. The only machine I use is my sewing machine, I don't have molds or forms that I use for anything. So if you want large numbers of an item, please know that it will take time.

If you need something within a certain time frame, please be sure to tell me up front what date you need it to be at your doorstep (that way I can factor in shipping time). Typically it will take me less than 1 week for smaller items, but large quantities, or large items can take longer. Don't hesitate to ask me about how long I think it will take before putting in the final order. I can even take pictures as I am working on your item and email them to you!
