Sizing details
For apparel, a sizing chart can be found in the photos of each listing. Please feel free to contact us if the chart is missing in any listing.
Because our garments are printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges or returns if there is an issue with sizing. Please be sure to follow the sizing chart and size up if you are unsure.
Issues with an Order
We strive for perfection and carefully look over each item before it is sent out, but there may be times something gets past us.
If there are any issues with your order please message us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please include photos of item with tags still attached.
Items Returned to Sender with Incorrect Address
We are NOT responsible for shipping address errors. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact the buyer. The buyer will need to provide postage to resend to the correct address.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our products come with packaging. If you would like something additional or for us to include a note on the item, please make the request in the message to seller field at checkout and we will do our best to fulfill the request.
Shipping Delays
We can only guarantee that we will ship by our production deadline within two business days. The shipping timeframe depends on the service selected at checkout. Only Priority Express is guaranteed by USPS within a specific timeframe and even the Priority service can be delayed. As USPS delays are beyond our control, we do NOT guarantee delivery by a specific date and encourage buyers to select a shipping method that best meets their timeframe and needs.
While we are not responsible for shipping delays, please contact us if an order is not received and seems to be lost. We will contact USPS to see if we can resolve the issue. If the items is lost by the carrier and tracking shows it was not delivered, we will issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your think your package may be lost, reach out to us as soon as possible.
If the tracking shows delivery, but you have not received it, please verify the shipping address provided was correct, that no other members of the household received it, and that it was not delivered to a neighbor.
We then recommend reaching out to your local post office who may be able to confirm the GPS coordinates when the package was scanned as delivered. If the GPS shows it was delivered, it may be an instance of mail theft in which case you may want to notify USPS and local law enforcement. Please reach out to us if we can help with this process.
