My name is Jo Chamness. I’m a professional artist living and working in South Florida. My primary art form is large scale Copper and Stained Glass Sculptures.

However, I also have a playful crafty side . I love the holidays, especially Halloween and Christmas, jewelry making, photography and anything magical. This shop is where I show that side of me.

This shop is named for my sweet Grandmother, rest her soul. In her “later” years (she lived to be 102), she used to tell me stories of going out at night and dancing with the fairies. Her stories were so vivid and real, I wanted to believe they were true. She taught me everything I know about arts and crafts and more importantly, that I could do anything I made up my mind to do. This shop is dedicated to her.

Returns and exchanges
I do my best to show the clearest and most color accurate pictures possible on my listings. I also try to measure my items accurately. With that in mind, please look at the pictures, carefully read the listing and check the measurements to make sure the item you are purchasing is the item you want.

However, I will accept returns. I want you to be very happy with your purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, please contact me within 2 days of delivery. The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive a full refund, minus what you paid for shipping, when I have received the item in an undamaged state. You must pack the item exactly as it was packed for delivery to you to ensure there is no damage in transit. I will not accept merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged, so please insure the returning item.

In the event you receive a broken item(s) you must contact me within two days of receiving your item, with pictures of the broken item and I will determine if the item can be repaired or if it should be replaced or refunded.

If there is no contact within 5 days of delivery date, refunds will not be accepted.

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Shipping fees are non refundable. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and a notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

Custom made items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

I reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements, at my sole discretion.
I accept payment through Paypal or Direct Checkout credit card processing. Payment is due at the time the transaction is created. If payment is not received within three days from the time the transaction was created, the order may be canceled.
Sales tax will be calculated on the purchase price and added to the invoice for only buyers within the State of Florida
Most smaller items are shipped US Mail.
Larger items will be shipped by FedEx Ground, I have found them to have the best rates and reliable service. Shipping costs are based on package weight & dimensions, carrier fees, and delivery locations. Insurance is purchased for each item shipped in case of a RARE shipping mishandling.

Shipping outside of continental United States will require additional shipping fees.

Please note that the fee for "Shipping" includes Shipping & Handling.

Items typically ships within three business days of receiving cleared payment.

Smaller items, such as most jewelry, can be combined and shipped for a single shipping fee. If this is applicable, it will be noted in the description.
The free-standing sculptures, must ship separately due to the uniqueness of the artwork and required packaging. Shipping costs may increase with combining artwork in the same package for shipment.

You will receive shipment notification and tracking information sent to the email address noted on your item order, when the package is ready for shipment.
You will be able to track your order on-line at the carrier's website using the tracking number.

It is highly unusual for artwork to receive shipment damage. In a case of shipment damage, document any package damage with the carrier upon receipt of the delivery. Contact me immediately to report any damage to the artwork. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve any damage to the artwork. It is best to take photos of the artwork damage and send to me, along with a clear description of the artwork condition. Maintain all the original packaging materials and artwork until notified.

Any delays, damage or issues caused by the delivery service will be the responsibility of the
delivery service according to their policies and not grounds for a refund.
