Announcement   Welcome to Coquette Original Creations. My Husband David and I have a small studio workshop on a farm in the heart of the beautiful Ozark Mountains. We design and create original, one-of-a-kind hand crafted jewelry from copper sheeting, reclaimed copper wire, as well as sterling silver wire. We also work with copper, silver and bronze precious metal clay, cubic zirconia, glass, resin, polymer clay and semi precious stones. David hand crafts wood and bone beads which he incorporates into some of his original designs.. We also use off-the-shelf components, such as beads and pendants, in some of our creations.

Most of the hand crafted items are customizable, so feel free message us with your request and we will make every effort to accommodate your specific tastes.
We gladly accept commissions if you have something more specific or personalized in mind.

If you are purchasing a piece that is specified as "made to order" or are wanting something personalized, please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks to complete your item and ship it out to you. Remember, all our creations are lovingly hand crafted and it does take time to craft these pieces, however I am confident that the creation you receive will have been worth the wait!

We hope you enjoy viewing our creations, and perhaps you will see one that speaks to you. If you are interested in more information about our work, visit www.Facebook.com/CoquetteCreations or www.CoquetteCreations.com. Please drop us a line if you have any questions or would like to share your thoughts on our creations.

About

How Coquette Original Designs was born

Welcome to our shop! I'm Karen Ann, one half of Coquette Original Designs. I was in a serious car accident in 2010, and in looking for ways to pass the time while recuperating, I stumbled onto beading, and over the next year my work evolved to include chain, pendants and charms. However, I felt a desire to create more original designs and handmade creations, and became interested in working more with metals. I completed a Precious Metal Clay course, and in this I found my passion...I fell in love with this medium! I assembled the tools, equipment and supplies to work in this medium, and set out to explore the possibilities of a more customized form of self expression.

My Husband, David, also became intrigued with the art of jewelry creation, and we both began experimenting with creating pieces from various materials, such as reclaimed copper wire, copper sheeting, sterling silver wire, silver, copper and bronze Precious Metal Clay, semi precious stones, resin, and clay, Recently David began hand crafting wood and bone beads from wood and bone gathered around our farm. He has incorporated them into some of his original designs.

My shop name here at Etsy is Coquette Original Designs, but I am also known as Coquette Creations on the web, Facebook, www.Facebook.com/CoquetteCreations, and on my website, www.CoquetteCreations.com.
