Welcome to

Each item is made by me with great attention to detail and finish. I have been crocheting for over 40 years and strive for perfection in everything I do.

I have combined designs that are tried and tested, with carefully selected contemporary yarns to produce very wearable and practical crochet accessories.

Crochet is a very time-consuming technique and there are no short-cuts! Depending on the design and the technique used it can take anything from several hours to several days to make an item. Pricing reflects the cost of the materials and the time taken to create each item.

I accept payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout.

I am happy to reserve an item for you, however payment must be received within seven days of reserving.

Custom items must be paid for in full before work begins.

PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Packages will not be marked as gifts. Information on import duties and charges for your country can be found on the internet.

DELIVERY ADDRESS: Please make sure your address on file with Etsy and/or Paypal is correct. Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to returned items and reshipping if the address is incorrect. I can only reship once the package has been returned to me and this can often take weeks.

PURCHASES AS GIFTS: To avail of seller protection I can only send purchases to addresses provided by your method of payment. If you wish to send a gift to someone please enter their address into your PayPal account BEFORE you purchase and then select this address as the delivery address at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS: ideally orders should be cancelled before I ship item. However if the item has already been shipped, please contact me immediately to organize the best way to return it. The package may be returned by marking it ‘refused – return to sender’. Please contact me so I know to expect it. Please see refund policy.


Crochet items are wrapped in tissue paper and/or light plastic bags before posting in padded or waterproof envelopes for protection. Packaging is kept to a minimum and I use recycled card bags as internal packaging for smaller items in order to keep postage and packaging charges down. Each item will have a Corcra care tag attached.

Shipping method is through the Irish postal system. Standard postage does not include postal insurance or a tracking number. For most destinations this is sufficient, but I may choose to send items by registered mail at no extra cost to you. As it will require somebody to sign for the package I will let you know to expect this.

There are now shipping upgrades available for you to choose as you check out. If you require a different method of shipping, please contact me prior to purchasing for extra costs involved. Regrettably orders can not be despatched until payment for special shipping requests has been received.

Proof of postage is always obtained.

Corcra is happy to ship items worldwide. Please remember delivery can take anything from 1 - 6 weeks depending on location, customs delays and local delivery services.
If you experience a delay or non-delivery please let me know and I will do all that I can to help track your package down and get your order to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

Yes I do take returns and will refund you your money if that's what you want (not however on custom made items) - no questions asked.

Please contact me within seven days of receiving your order to arrange a return and you will have 28 days from delivery to get it back to me.

If you choose to send an item back, you can choose to have a refund, store credit (to use in Corcra only) or a replacement product.

AND if you do choose to return an item I will even refund you your original shipping fee but not the cost of return shipping.

A refund will be issued as soon as I receive the returned item in original condition, correctly packaged, unused, clean, and with care tag attached.

Corcra will not be liable for any costs associated with returned items unless I have made a mistake with your order.

Custom made items must be paid for before work begins and regrettably I can not refund or exchange custom made items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Corcra makes every effort to accurately represent the items for sale and uses the best photographs available of the actual items to show their shape, pattern, texture and size.

Please be aware that the colours displayed on your screen can sometimes vary slightly from the actual colour of the item due to individual computer settings and it is so difficult to photograph some colours i.e. red and purple. If you are not sure of the colour, texture or size, or need further information, please contact me through the Etsy convo system.

For a small fee (to cover postage) I can send samples of yarns if I have them in stock (I may not have yarn left over from the one-off-pieces).

Buttons can also be changed if you see something else you like on another piece (provided I have it in stock or can get it locally) - just ask.

Any custom made items must be paid for before work begins and regrettably I can not refund or exchange custom made items.

All items come from a smoke and pet free environment and are safely stored in lidded boxes before sale.
