4 out of 5 starsI ordered skins for my board set. I emailed the images to them and asked if the images would be good to print, to which they replied yes. I’m not sure they actually looked at the images before printing because the product I got was very pixelated (a concern I had when I sent the images to them). The product is really great and easy to install, but I wasn’t terribly pleased with the print quality.

1 out of 5 starsGreat product... HORRIBLE customer service. It takes forever to get a reply to any questions or requests you may have. When you do get a reply, they will engage for a little while and then go quiet again for days at a time. We got to the point of getting a time-sensitive, custom order to the point of shipping and then they went silent again. When we asked for updates and shared that we were disappointed with the level of communication we were receiving, they responded "We communicated with you as much as necessary." I didn't realize a business had the authority to determine how much communication is "necessary". Again... they have a great product - one that we were hoping to use for our business volume - but if you are looking for timely service with good customer support, look elsewhere.

Your order was not time sensitive. We did rush your order before you paid for it and then you told us "I'll be out of town next week." That is not time sensitive. That is "I feel that I am more important than anyone else reading this comment." We run a couple of small business we communicate as much as possible. We actually make our own bags instead of buying them made from China, that affects the time we can sit at a computer daily! Best of luck in the future!
