Corner Chair: Finding Beauty in Words

I'm Katie, the artist at the Corner Chair. I first began to create hand lettered art when I was newly married, but my love for quotes started when I was a young teen. I kept a notebook and filled it with quotes as I read books or browsed the internet.

When I found out I could turn the sayings I loved into art, I was hooked. We didn't have enough walls for the artwork, and Hubs encouraged me to start selling my work online. Corner Chair opened on Etsy in early 2012, and the rest is history!

I am thrilled to have been featured on One Kings Lane! I currently sell on Etsy & Society6, and a wholesaling catalog for small shops is in the near future.

Payment
I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Check-out.

Just remember that you don't need a PayPal account to use that form of payment.

After two weeks of non-payment, your order will be canceled.
Shipping
I ship once a week, usually on Thursdays or Fridays, after receiving your payment. I ship orders with USPS.

I can ship Priority Mail, but only if a buyer requests BEFORE making your purchase. The extra shipping costs will then be added to the listing, and that item will be reserved for the buyer.

I will always ship to the address listed on the buyer's Etsy account, even if it differs from the buyer's PayPal account, unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase.

Artwork is packed with cardboard insert to ensure the piece arrives without damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please choose carefully, as I do not accept returns or give refunds. Feel free to contact me before purchasing if you would like to add shipping insurance.
Additional policies and FAQs
If an item comes to you broken or damaged, please e-mail me a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of receiving your order. I will be happy to replace the item for you.
