Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, which has completely halted all mail deliveries, I am unable to ship any orders at this time. This nationwide disruption is affecting small businesses across Canada, including mine.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of your order. The arrival date will depend on where you live. Please check on the estimated delivery dates from above in the section "Delivery".

For countries other than the ones listed above, delivery times are hard to predict. So please order in advance to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Do you accept custom orders?

We are currently not accepting custom orders, but you are welcome to email us with suggestions, which we will absolutely take into considerations.

What happens if my order is lost?

If your item has not arrived within the standards for lost mail, please message me. While we cannot be held responsible for lost orders, we are also happy to work with a customer to make sure that they receive an item they have paid for. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to a backlog on the courier's end. This is outside of our control and we thank you for your understanding.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Canada: 3-8 business days (approximate)
United States: 7-21 business days (approximate)

All orders are shipped by letter mail and do not have tracking.

International: Delivery time may vary based on where you are located. Tracking may be provided on large international orders. This depends on the size of your order and where you are located. If tracking has been applied, tracking information will be provided at the time of dispatch (via dispatch email).

We will do our best to meet these dispatch estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time may vary depending on where you live.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

We currently ship to Canada, USA, and international. For all international orders, tracking may be provided depending on the size of your order and where you are located. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to answer any of your questions.
