Die Arbeit an den Zeichnungen für die Kugelgelenkpuppe begann. Diese Zeichnungen wurden als Referenz für die digitale Formgebung der Dateien und die Optimierung für den 3D-Druck verwendet. LCD / DLP / SLA 3D-Druck wird verwendet, um außergewöhnliche Details sowie die Flexibilität für Innovationen zu bieten, neue Produkte mit neuen Funktionen regelmäßig und ständig zu lernen und zu verbessern Vorgänger.
Nach der Nachbearbeitung des 3D-Drucks kann die Arbeit mit dem Gesicht nach oben und dem Erröten des Körpers beginnen. Mit jahrelanger Erfahrung in der Produktion von Fine Art wird eine erfahrene Hand zum Face-up und Erröten genommen. Schichten von Aquarellen und Pastellfarben schaffen den einzigartigen natürlichen Look der Puppe. Große Geduld und Liebe zum Detail sind erforderlich, um die atemberaubenden Ergebnisse der Cornucopia Doll zu erzielen.
Sobald der Errötungsprozess versiegelt ist, können die Gelenke mit Filz verklagt und Wimpern hinzugefügt werden. Augen können jetzt hinzugefügt werden und können jetzt aufgereiht werden. Die Puppe ist jetzt fertig und bereit für Fotos!
Work began on the drawings for the ball jointed doll. These drawings were used as reference for digitally sculpting the files and optimising for 3D printing. LCD/DLP/SLA 3D printing is utilised to give exceptional detail as well as the flexibility for innovation, bringing new products with new features regularly and constantly learning and improving on predecessors.
After the post-processing of 3D printing work can begin on the face-up and blushing of the body. With years of experience under the belt producing Fine Art, an experienced hand is taken to the face-up and blushing. Layers of watercolours and pastels create the unique natural look of the doll. Great patience and attention to detail are required to produce the stunning results that is the Cornucopia Doll.
Once the blushing process is sealed the joints may be sueded with felt and eyelashes added. Eyes may now be added and can now be strung. The doll is now complete and ready for photos!
